Avant Sciences solves problems using business and science-based solutions to investigate, understand, cultivate, and provide effective and innovative answers.

This client wanted this brand identity to reflect their solid DoD foundations and forward-thinking solutions that help their customers discover new horizons.

Medarcus is an innovative company focused on patient safety issues related to data. Problems with data integrity can be fatal and cost hospitals millions each year. Medarcus is changing the way health information problems are solved with the evolving sciences of artificial intelligence and machine learning. They apply advanced technologies and proprietary processes that utilize mathematical sciences.

This logo is based on the mathematical symbol that indicates one thing is identical to another, which gets to the essence of what this company is all about—Health for Your Data.

Simplifying

You don’t get to that simple message without first spending a lot of time and effort understanding the business. This phrase — Health for Your Data — ties the mathematical sciences aspect of this company to healthcare, and highlights the importance of good data. Something that must be worked to achieve, just like good health.

The design brief required a clean, clear, and simple logo to reinforce trust and focus on the product’s objective of ensuring that admitted patients will be correctly identified and associated with the correct patient record.

Hahn provides a technology that allows restaurants to offer diners the chance to save by using a loyalty app when making purchases. The app/technology benefits restaurant owners by aggregating diner transactions, thus saving Visa and Mastercard charges.

Design Direction

The brief required branding that would differentiate Hahn from their competition and appeal to their target market — restaurant owners.
